Homeowners Cooperative does the work for you
HC is a free service to you. There are no referral fees, advertising costs or other expenses for your company. Again, this is a free service. (However, you must meet our application requirements and qualify.) Because we intend to increase your sales, we do expect you to discount work provided to other HC members. (In fact, giving greater discounts usually increases the amount of work you'll get: as one plumber member said, "It's better to have more jobs with no mark-up, than no jobs with more mark-ups.")
HC is designed to make things easier for you. We handle all the advertising and provide customers with a direct path to your door. However, we stay out of the way when it comes to your relationship with your client.
