The little things make the big difference

Here's a list of things you can do to enhance our cooperative as well as your business.

Show your discounts
There's a section in your profile (use your username and password to enter) where you can list any specials you're offering.  If you see a month is going to be slow, you can offer extra discounts. If you do seasonal work, you can promote it here. This is a place for you to advertise hot deals.

Show your professionalism
On the Forum page homeowner members wil be soliciting answers to home questions.  This is a great place to show off your expertise and professionalism, as well as, promote your services.

About Membership Cards
Members are supposed to show their cards in order to get discounts. By requiring membership cards you ensure everyone benefits from Homeowners Cooperative.
