First of all, this is a free service to you.  There are no referral fees, advertising costs, or other expenses usually associated with directory services- we don't want those costs passed on to our other members. Homeowners Cooperative (HC) is a new source of revenue generation for businesses associated with the building industry. HC intends to create more business for you.  For that added business, we expect you to provide HC members access to preferred pricing you usually reserve for contractors and other high-volume clients.

Simply put, HC is proposing to direct our large pool of homeowner members to walk through your door and buy from you.

Homeowners Cooperative is looking to serve all of Washington and surrounding states, however currently we are only serving the Puget Sound area.
